spicy chicken with gravy


INGREDIENTS
One whole chicken – cut to 8(eight) pieces.
Ten pieces of onion,
Two pieces of garlic, blend together.
One inch of ginger.
Half a cup of tomato/paste.
One spoon of sugar.
Some oil for sauté.
Some salt for taste.
INSTRUCTION
First, the chicken is fried until half cooked. Second, with the balance oil put in all the blended ingredient, wait for two minutes than put in some water, let it come to boil. That is the gravy. After that put in the tomato paste, some sugar, salt and the chicken. Stir the gravy until it mix well. Finally, it’s ready to be served.
